Uniquely specialised Evaluation
The DNLA master program automatically produces different specialised evaluations in the form of graphic output.
Factor comparison for the participant:
The performance potential of three selected employees is simultaneously compared against the 17 factors assessed in the Social Competence program.
Participant - Team:
One employee's performance potential is compared against the performance potentials of selected team members or other employees. The possible effects (both negative and positive) on the team performance is shown graphically.
Participant - all employees:
One employee's performance potential is compared with that of all employees within the company.
Participant - all DNLA-Participants:
One employee's performance is compared with those of all successful employees within other DNLA-user companies.
All employees - all DNLA-Participants:
The performance potential of all employees of the company is compared with the performance potentials of successful employees of another company.
Team - Team:
Die Leistungspotentials mehrerer, frei zu wählender Mitarbeiter (Team genannt) werden mit den Leistungspotentialsn eines weiteren frei wählbaren Teams von Mitarbeitern verglichen.
Team - All employees within Company:
The performance potential of some selected employees (e.g. a department or team) is compared with the performance potential of a different team.
Team - All successful DNLA-Participants:
The performance potential of several freely chosen employees (e.g. a team) is compared with the performance potential of all successful employees within a different company.
Participant - Participant:
The performance potential of two employees is compared.
