When can the company decide to use the DNLA system independently?

Companies and organisations are able to choose between two forms of use of the DNLA Human Resources Expert Systems. The system can be managed by external advisors or by themselves (internally). 

We suggest you call us and we can evaluate together which is more appropriate for you. We definitely encourage the internal use of the system, which is more economical and functional for the company. If you like to use DNLA procedures in your company and remain relatively independent, without any help of an external expert team and DNLA advisors, we will of course enable you that. Since this is a professional tool, adequate training is required. You need to meet the following criteria:

  • you need relevant professional qualifications and basic prior knowledge (e.g. psychologist, educationalist, HR expert with practical experience from a relevant position),
  • you need to pass trainings successfully and obtain licence for DNLA procedures and modules you would like to use,
  • you need to successfully pass trainings on topics relating to DNLA knowledge. Do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you may have.
