The master program determines the profile against which the employee's attributes are matched, assessed and analysed.
By simply clicking on the "Job Level" and "Type of Work" options when creating a new profiles, the program automatically generates the most appropriate profile out of the 280 profiles available. There are 17 field options in each case.
Since there is no professional position in which the requirements are identical (for example Sociability is expected and is useful within a team environment but is even more important in the make-up of a sales representative), the program determines the degree of significance for each job position individually.
