Every participant answers 176 questions on-line at work or at home. The questions consist mainly of work-related situations or statements. After he finishes responses are encoded and nobody can see how participant has answered.

 

1) The encoded data is read into the Master program. The required job profile is prepared or an existing one selected. The required job profile is matched with the incoming responses.

 

2) Evaluation (determining of factors and potential) takes place. Comparison with any existing team, other employees, team / team can be carried out in seconds.

 

3) The program suggests appropriate training and coaching requirements.
