DNLA Social Competence method assesses 4 main areas:

  • Achievement Dynamics
  • Interpersonal Relationships
  • Will to Succeed
  • Stress Capacity

These fields are subdivided into 17 different dimensions or factors, their quality can be improved or worsen with personal bahaviour patterns. It's important that we're able to determine their level of development and continously strive to improve behavior, that doesn't bring personal effectiveness.

Each employee not only receives a comprehensive explanation of the results, but also the corresponding guidelines and indicators for further development. It is proved that individuals with high social skills are more likely to be more successful as those with undeveloped social skills, which directly influences the effectiveness of professional activities, management or sales.
