How DNLA-MM works?
Tested leader or future leader receives a code to access Internet questionnaire, where he answers to 313 questions related to work situations, or. answers the specific questions about their opinions and experiences on managing employees. Questions consist of situations and statements, which tested leader should assess. Given answers are automatically analyzed in a separate program (also called the Master program).

Depending on question, there are various options of answering. When the last question is answered, the answers encode and no one else has access to it.
Exception: If you're reviewing performance of training, the code is valid again three months after the testing to verify the results of training.
Collected answers are encoded and stored on server. Then they are entered into the Master program, where they are linked with profiles, which are defined by the job and field of work in organization (if profile does'nt yet exist in the working database, we create one).
Evaluation is carried out (measurement of competencies), which can be compared with results of other teams or employees.
Program proposes appropriate trainings and coaching.
