The person tested receives an extensive 30-page evaluation with description of tasks and requirements for integrated management together with the evaluation results (management skills and issues of the person under evaluation).

The evaluated characteristics are presented with explanations, which help understanding the current state and change the activities in relevant areas.

 

The Master programme also prepares  a DNLA development plan, which can include up to 30 pages, depending on the assessed leadership potential. In this way, managers receive detailed instructions and suggestions for their future work that will improve their managerial techniques.
