It shows exact factor which needs to be developed for each individual and how this will affect development of others. The system meets scientific standards, which requires a minimum of 10 questions toassess a factor. If the participant doesn't answer enough questions, the system doesn't evaluate factor, sice factor score in such case wouldn't be valid.
The procedure is completely compliant with the requirements for personal data protection. After answering the questions, all data are encoded immediately and no longer available to any other person. The evaluations may only be performed by licensed users through a special evaluation programme, the DNLA Master programme, which includes protection against misuse by unauthorised persons with available codes.
