DNLA fulfils the quality criteria of the standard DIN 33430 for aptitude tests.
By obtaining this standard, we have committed ourselves to perform all procedures in accordance with its conditions. The standard helps us determine our own starting points and avoid errors in further development.
In accordance with the obtained certificate, diagnostic instrument must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. The instrument must be objective, verifiable and valid and has to assess exactly what we wish to be assessed.
2. Instrument must be credible and reliable and should ensure that the result is not too exposed to accidental impact. The value of verifiability and credibility must be documented and available to anyone who reveals an interest.
3. Application of instruments should be included in a structured holistic process, which guarantee the correct use of instruments and quality application. verifiability and credibility must be documented and available to anyone who reveals an interest.
4. A qualified contractor, as defined by this norm, possesses thorough knowledge of proficiency assessment and – if possible – supervised experience in the development, planning, construction and controlled administration of proficiency assessment procedures and their evaluation.
Meeting highest quality standards, we pay attention to the following:
- DNLA procedures are performed by qualified, fully licenced contractors.
- DNLA procedures should not be based on outdated evaluation criteria. These need to be dynamic and under constant development according to operational guidelines, which is why regular internal assessments and programme evaluations are carried out. In these processes, comparable data are used and updated on a quarterly basis.
- DNLA procedures are regularly verified by external experts.
The system identifies direct response to working conditions and compares the results with the best employees in Europe on an equivalent position. It shows the exact factors which need to be developed in each individual and how this will affect the development of others. The system is compliant with the scientific standard requiring a minimum of 10 questions for evaluation of the factor. If the participant does not provide enough answers, the system does not evaluate the factor, since the evaluation in such case would not be valid.
