Reviewing and justifying results of investments through DNLA procedures

Investments in HR field are often viewed as cost factor only, since the benefits of these measures are usually very difficult to evaluate with numbers. This is especially true with measures, trainings, education and seminars dealing with soft skills.

By using the DNLA system, it is possible to measure development of various soft skills and at the same time evaluate operational effectiveness of an employee (achievement of goals). Performance evaluation is usually carried by direct superiors. In the evaluation interview, achievements and performance of an employee can be then directly connected to soft skills, which are important for achieving goals. By controlling the effectiveness of training, we are able to determine successful development measures and split the planned budget most efficiently. Expenses for HR development therefore obtain objective value, which is investment in the future and competitiveness of the company.
